Art Auction
East Amherst's Rotary Club will be raising money to fight cancer.
Art is great! It can also be good to help support community charities and services!
Amherst East Rotary will hold their second art auction on Aug 1st at the Ramada on North Forest Road in Amherst featuring the works of area artists. The club's proceeds from this event will benefit Roswell Park Cancer Institute and The Amherst East Rotary Foundation. It is promoted as the area's largest art auction with work from artists in the Buffalo communities. Consisting of traditional, modern, surreal and pop styles, the inexperienced through avid art lovers should enjoy this event. Hors d'oeuvres will be served along with a cash bar. The event starts at 6PM and tickets are $5 per person. For ticket information call 633-9933, extension 238. Tickets will also be available at the door.
